the events of 17/04/2024 || wednesday
today was soo much better than yesterday, sure I díd’nt start the day eggzactly as I wanted to but the day still went well, i was able to complete most daily tasks and really work on writing tasks it's been a really smooth sailing day for me I did spend like 3hrs on youtube shorts but when I came to my senses I immediately got to work and I was able to do a lot.

● hit 8k-10k steps everyday ❌
● do a 30-minute workout ❌ i did do a 12 min workout and I'm proud of myself for that
● do a task under youtube goal ✅
● do a task under the writing goal ✅
● meal plan and prep ✅
● edit short clips - as practice ✅
today's small wins ✰

> I studied french
> i cleaned my room
> i cleaned my bathroom - the biggest win of the day
> i completed my daily tasks on time

Dress how you feel or feel how you dress whatever you do affects your confidence and if you dress properly and put in effort you can feel so much better just looking at yourself in the mirror. Seek input and Accept Compliments: Ask for input from others and utilize it constructively to develop yourself. Accept praises and internalize positive comments to boost your self-esteem. Please don't reject all compliments I understand there a some you can be uncomfortable with but sometimes its ok to just say thanks and move on, also don't be dependent on compliments to make you feel good.

✿ today was definitely better than yesterday, Thank God. I woke up early (I actually did not sleep because I stayed up for this program and after the program ended I just continued working and when I was done I got distracted on tiktok and stayed up till 6:00am and after prayer in the morning I cleaned my room and did my daily worship and then I fell asleep lol) but yh most of the work for today was done
