Plot: a cheesecake themed rat named well, Cheesecake and her best friend Cocoa adventure into other shops to meet other rodents like them.   PMD: Crystal Coven a fan-based story about a Pokémon team named Team Peacha who discover a coven based around researching an extinct species known as “Humans” Plot: Team Peacha, fresh out of Wigglytuff’s guild are ready to help other Pokémon out! However, a coven they discover may put a dent in their plans.

Myth Like No Tomorrow a collab story between me and my best friend about a world where mythical creatures and humans co-exist TW: there is bullying and fighting in this story Plot: a cow centaur named Hazelnut is accepted into a college for both monster and humans alike and befriends the head of the student council, Hydra.

Lupine a pack of stray dogs set out to find a new home after its been destroyed by humans. TW: there's death, major violence and cannibalism in this story. Plot: After their main guild is destroyed by humans, a group of strays look for a new home while avoiding the many dangers of the world. Stop Zooming In The Crotch: Writing Rant

Hi, Asexual™ here! Is this a thing that non-asexual people do? I'll explain what I mean!

Basically, imagine the most tense scene to ever be tensed. The character is covered in dirt and blood with a devastating appearance rich with misery yet on their face is a look of pure joy and relief! Their love interest is here and they hold the battered and bruised protagonist close in comfort. I would imagine that this scene would focus on the ambivalence trapped in the protagonist. The absolute joy in their heart that they managed to find their lover's arms again. BUT NO! The protagonist is like:

"I felt their porcelain skin underneath by coarse fingertips. A wave of heat rushed throughout my lower back when I tasted their breath on my lips. I could feel their legs pushing against me in all the hottest ways...."

WHY!!?!! Why do authors feel the need to focus on sex in the middle of a tense and disgusting moment! DUDE, you are covered in blood, this isn't the time to focus on fucking your love interest!

This is even worse in sad scenes! I have literally read stories where the main character is in a coma and their love interest needs to go to the bathroom to "relieve themself of their sick desire"!

Maybe my asexual ass doesn't understand the influence of lust but if my lover was crying or dying I wouldn't be thinking about sex! If my love interest was playing in a sport I hope my mind's eye wouldn't just zoom in on their crotch!

It takes me out of the story because either it's a:

Horrible Tragic Scene That Gets Interrupted By Tits Or Dick

Triumphant Happy Moment That Zooms Out Of The Emotion

Tense Scene Broken By Unabashed Lust

Romantic Sweet Moment With Shoved-In Sex Music

JUST STOP! If you want to write a sex scene, do not introduce the sexual tension randomly into scenes not having to do anything with sex!

How do you handle conflict with someone else? Do you avoid fights, or are you aggressive? Or are you passive-aggressive and only give the appearance of cooperation?

Bella: Chess master strikes again! She will swindle the other person onto her side. Don't argue with her unless she's sleep-deprived or super hungry. At that point, she will probably break down crying if you try to fight her. Otherwise, she's almost guaranteed to win. But generally, she tries to avoid fights.

Freddie: his only tone setting is sarcastic. He will snark at you till the end of your days and will insult you and argue with you if you disagree with him. He is the Smartest Being, the Supreme Overlord when it comes to having to deal with those of Lower Intelligence. The only people smarter than him are his parents. And the historical geniuses. He's sometimes sent out of the classroom for correcting and/or talking back to his teachers. Passive-aggressive to the end!

Zach: He doesn't want to fight you. It takes a lot to set him off, but once he's mad, it's explosive. Tip! Don't pick on someone who can't defend themselves around him. He will punch and kick and not let up until a respected adult pulls him off the bully. He will fight tooth and nail anyone who is mean to those that are truly close to him. Once he's removed from the bully he will 1. Challenge them to another fight 2. Give them the silent treatment after that. Don't mess with him. Why would you want to see such a happy boi angry? Why?

Fists or words

Zach: fists all the way. Mostly because he'd be creamed if he tried to Fight with words.

Freddie: basically the opposite. He can ruin someone with words and will be absolutely murdered if he gets into a physical fight. He might claw at you if he gets frustrated, but he's easy to brush off (like a feisty kitten)

Bella: prefers words. Her silver tongue will beat anyone. However, if she's forced to, she can hold her own with fists (even more with a sword)
