How I became spiritual and believed in Mysticism
When I was a Christian when I was in my teenage years, I was suicidal and depressed after high school graduation and after all the tough years of elementary, middle, and high school. I was hopeless and worthless and didn't move on from the past, holding grudges, I was bullied and asked my mom why did she take me to the bad school. I was feeling like I had no option to live. My mom was hurt to see me in pain like this when I was having a breakdown in 2019 when she looked through my phone and chats on IG. She helps me to recover from depression and suicidal thoughts by helping me believe in Spirituality, I thought it's gonna be hard. But I managed to never give up hope and never give up on my life, so I believed in Spirituality and then Mysticism, still believe in Creator God. I stopped thinking about suicide and stopped being depressed, I feel that I'm being rescued by God, the Universe, and Spirituality. I'm currently interested in crystals, tarot cards, and other spiritual things. I feel free, I feel happy again and finding my purpose. I am healed, improving my inner goddess, believing in self-love, and healing my inner child, and I'm in spiritual recovery. This year, I'm still spiritual and moved on from the dark past. I forgive, I forget, and let things go. It's like I'm following the sun again. I'm back to being myself currently, I'm not thinking about suicidal thoughts anymore, and never be depressed again. I'm in a blooming mood, I meditate daily, smudge sage/palo santo sticks, and bring positive vibes, positive energy, peace, and love.

Be present.
Live in the “now.”
Surrender to your higher self.
Surrender to the present moment.
Trust. Flow. Let go and let god.
Surrender to the outcomes.
Good thoughts, words, actions and intentions:)
Life flows when you are in service to others.
Volunteer. Spread love. Random acts of kindness.
Unconditional love without expecting anything back.

“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”
—C.G. Jung
Volunteering is a great way to spread unconditional love. Also, a way to take action when we feel stuck in our situation.
“Selfish action imprisons the world. Act selflessly, without any thought of personal profit.”
—Bhagavad Gita
“Seek refuge in the attitude of detachment and you will amass the wealth of spiritual awareness. The one who is motivated only by the desire for the fruits of their action, and anxious about the results, is miserable indeed.”—Bhagavad Gita
