Bonten!Mikey- Is just blank for a bit before he blinks at you, his head tilting in honest confusion, that is the stupidest reason he's ever heard for rejection, and he's anything but pleased. -He'd be very concerned for you, especially if it's a lot of weight in a small amount of time. He'd ask you about it first, but if you dodge the question or give him an un-wanted answer, he'll have you looked at by medical professionals, under his guidance of course, even if they are professionals, he doesn't trust anyone with your life except himself. Because he knows that he has your best interests at heart.

-If it was more simply that you're very active or you just have a fast metabolism, he wouldn't be too worried, it's normal, unless it was extreme weight loss then he'd either want you too be less active or he'd get you something prescribed for your metabolism, but again, that would only happen if it was something that he'd see as serious.

-Now, if it was something more serious like starving yourself, or making yourself throw-up, then you're no longer allowed too be on your own because he obviously can't trust you too be by yourself and he will be watching you from on. Even if he's busy, he has cameras on you at all times, so you're not alone, ever.

-You being small isn't a big deal to him, especially if it's something you can't control, like you're height, then he really doesn't care, you fit perfectly in his lap and you'll never hear him complain about that. You being under-weight though, that'll bother quite a bit and he'll be the one making sure you eat a lot, or at least a good portion before you're allowed too leave the table.

-If you were too refuse too eat at all, at anytime. He will force feed yoo, or have a tube put in your arm, your health is his top priority and if you're loosing too much weight, especially in an unhealthy way, he has a very big problem with that and he really doesn't care for your complaints, he's doing what he thinks is best for you, and he certainly knows what's best for you.

-If it were too be because of a medical condition like diabetes or lupus, he'd have the best medical staff that money could buy surrounding you at all times. He, again, will be watching you quite closely, his phone line always opened to you and the doctors, ready too drop everything in case of an emergency.

-If you're happy and healthy though, he really doesn't care, sure he might tease you about it, especially if you're smaller then him, but that just makes you all the much easier too pick up and be carried around. He'll have you sit in his lap all the time, or just pick you up at random too scare you or, one of his favorites, he'll hold things above your head.

I just recently got sick so bad that I begged my bf to not leave me for work. Makes me wonder what would Kanto and Bonten Mikey do in the same scenario. With Kanto!Mikey, if you were too get extremely sick, he'd have people take care of you until he was done with his meetings, then he'd come back and while he might not be the best emotionally available person too give you support or really take care of you, because he was often being the one who was taken care of, I do think he'd lay with you, it not only gives him time too rest but it also allows him too be with you at the same time. I don't think he'd mind, as long as you're not constantly sneezing or coughing on him, because I don't really feel like Mikey would be one too get sick that often, I picture him too have a pretty strong immune system.

Bonten!Mikey on the other hand, you'd be with him, mostly, 24/7. I say mostly because the only time you can't be with him is when he has too leave the penthouse, it'd be a bad idea too drag you out when you're sick afterall. While he's in his office, he'd have you sit on his lap, occasionally playing with your hair when he needs a break from the extensive paperwork, or he'll let you take a nap on the couch in his office, curled up in a blanket that he has specifically for when you want too nap in his office when he stays late. He wouldn't want too be away from you most of the time, especially if you're really sick, sure he has people that could take care of you, but he'd rather do it himself, even if he's not the best at it.

You're pretty spot on when it comes to Kanto!Mikey, he doesn't really care that you're scared, because he's sure that you'll get over that fear quite quickly when he has his fingers deep in your cunt, or when he starts fucking you and your brain stops working because of it. I have the impression that Bonten!Mikey looks much thinner than the other versions of Mikey, so I have a hc that he doesn't eat well because of depression (almost an ED). So I wanted to see him and Kanto!Mikey (after all, Bonten is his future) with a gf who tries to make sure they have 3 meals a day, eat good portions... I really think that sharing a meal is something that is good for the body and the heart, so I wanted to see them like this.

Kanto!Mikey-

He understands that you mean this kind of treatment in a sweet way, but he's rather annoyed too tell you the truth, he's a busy man with a gang too run, he has a lot of things too do and when you're constantly nagging at him too eat and too sleep, he gets snappy, but he will appreciate it when he's in his office eating a hot, home-cooked meal by you, especially when you make either Taiyaki or Dorayaki, those never fail too put him in a better mood. He really likes when you massage his shoulders as he relaxes, he's severely tense and his muscles are just screaming for a break with all the fighting he does and all the stress he's under as a gang leader really doesn't help him a single bit, not at all, but when you're straddling his back and leaving kisses on his shoulders as you lather his skin in pretty smelling oils that he claims too hate so much. He'll only eat when you feed it to him, and you have too sit on his lap, or else he'll look you dead in the eye and pout like a child as he pushes the plate away from him. I also mean this quite literally as well, you'll have too pick up the utensil and feed him or else he'll just refuse and he holds out for quite a long time, going days without eating because you didn't give it to him. He is quite skinny, it's mostly because he doesn't have time too actually sit down and have a meal and other times, he just doesn't care too eat because he's too tired too pick up a fork- muchless make himself something too eat, so if you cook for him and feed him at that, he's already bought a ring. While he doesn't show you that he appreciates what you do, he does adore that you do it. For you too take time out of your day too pamper him with warm cooked meals, especially if it's food he's never had before, it feels like a more intimate amount of care for him, because while yes, kisses and hugs are nice and he adores when you do that for him, cooking him something when you know he doesn't have time just makes him feel a little more... seen. Oooh, I can't put into words how much I love this thought, but I'm gonna try. This has me thinking of mainly Manila!Mikey, because he's a literal serial killer, just like Ghostface. Anyway, it was just supposed too be his friends.. but then, as Mikey himself has stated, killing means nothing to him, he doesn't feel bad, not an ounce of remorse found in those dark, empty eyes of his. His lack of empathy is what would lead him down this nasty little path full of bloodshed. He grows too actually enjoy the psychological play that he's inflicted on his victims, the absolute fear in their eyes as he digs that sharp blade into their chest, the screams of terror they let out before his gloved hand muffles their cries of agony. Now, while the Scream movies are funny because Ghostface is clumsy as fuck, GF!Manila!Mikey is more like GF 5 and 6, just brutal and violent, and you won't find that clumsy, comedic act with Manila! Mikey , there's not much a fight you can put up with him, and while he maybe small, the way he's manhandling you tossing people through tables combats his lack of height and you... his pretty little final girl, will come too understand that soon enough.

Realistically, I'd say the only version of Mikey that could actually be able too help is Racer!Mikey, because Toman and Bonten are gang leaders, they can't really... take you to therapy nor do they understand what you're going through because they just bottle their feelings up and don't know how too cope and they just wouldn't be the best help. Kanto!Mikey is running off pure dark impulses and is genuinely the last version of Mikey that you'd want too go to, and Manila... also not a big help, he's mentally checked out. On the positive though, Racer!Mikey can and will help you, communication is a big thing with Mikey, but even if you don't like too talk about your feelings, people forget just how observant Mikey is- especially if it's concerning people he is close to and that he cares about. I do think he'd come too therapy with you, if you decided too go, depending on what you're wanting, he can be in the room with you and provide emotional support or he'll wait outside in the waiting room if you're not comfortable talking about those things in front of him. Also, Mikey has a good support system around him, and by extension, you. All you have too do is let Mikey know and he'll call all his friends over too have a bit of a get together too make you feel better. If that's too overwhelming for you, he doesn't mind watching movies on the couch, cuddling with you. If he's not around, he'll call Emma, she always knows how too lighten a mood. If you need a day out, he'll give you his card so you can pamper yourself- if you want him too come two, he's more then willing too call out of work too spend the day with you. If you're to the point of harming yourself or not being able too get out of bed, Mikey has no problem picking you up and taking you to the bath, he'll wash your hair and everything for you as he orders delivery food so you guys can just relax. Again, if you are having upsetting thoughts and he can be with you, he'll send one of his friends too be with you, just too watch over you and make sure you're okay.

It’s sad girl hours down here with the mayor of frown town (me) and it just has me wondering what Mikey would do with an s/o with (present) mommy issues. His mother was yknow..dead for pretty much most of his life and while he gets the pain of NOT having one, he doesn’t exactly know what to do with the pain OF having one. Yeah, I agree, that would definitely be different for Mikey, because he loved his mom. So, as you said, no he wouldn't really understand the pain of having one and it being an issue. Since Mikey has a pretty possessive personality, sometimes I like to imagine him being with someone that he can't put a leash on (cuz they're too strong, sneaky, to ever let that happen teehee lemme be delulu🤪) I reckon he'd get incredibly obsessed over them as they would have the power on giving access to themselves to Mikey😌 And they're with Mikey cuz they love him but they will never let him fully possess them cuz they're their own person😤

Mikey does indeed have a very possessive personality, but for him too be with someone that essentially, has a very strong independence, he'd be fine with that. As long as it doesn't go against his orders and expectations then I don't really see a reason as too why he'd mind. I don't think he'd really be into the idea of having someone who can't do anything for themselves, as a man that runs a gang in every timeline, he has an obvious sense of independence and influence. But the independence will only go so far for you before he corrects that behavior, because if it ever gets to the point where you think it's okay too go out and not give him at least a text or a phone call then that's, in his eyes, something he has too correct. But I do agree with your statement of him being obsessive with a partner like this, but more in a power-play way. Mikey is someone that thrives off control because he's always been in power. Mikey isn't someone that lets the people he controls do as they want, he gives orders and they follow, it's simple.
