so I've been working on something.
if you've ever played splatoon 3 and had a communication error in the middle of a match (who hasn't) and got kicked back out to the hub world, you probably noticed that stand-in/NPC players will still spawn in place of real players that appear when you're connected to the internet.
well in a moment of absolutely unhinged hyperfixtation, I decided to try and document every. single. one.
this is a spreadsheet of what I have so far, which includes all the information about each different NPC I could glean. and yes, splatsville and inkopolis use different sets of stand-ins.
please note that it's impossible to tell what actual skin tone they have without idk hacking into the literal code of the game, so all the skin tones are just based off of me comparing the one in game with a picture on inkipedia.
also note that I have not added banners yet because I don't want to do that yet.
if you happen to have any pictures of NPCs that I did not add yet, go ahead and rb or message me with em and I'll add em in. or if you have information on the unclear aspects of other NPCs.
Btw much as I love to make fun of twitter and reddit's business decisions, I have 0% trust in tumblr's management to not go a similar route so this is your gentle reminder that you should regularly go to your blog settings to export your blog. That's a fancy way of saying you can download a backup of your blog so if everything goes down you'll still have a backup of your posts & convos.

Since I have a Burn-Out, I'm going to make a few changes on the blog
I'm putting a hold on Paranormal Things. I'll keep writing now and then, but slowly on my own level of speed. I'll update you guys when the first chapter is being released, but it'll not be December 31st.
Since I have an Art Block, meaning I have loads of drawing ideas but no inspiration or the guts to get a damn pencil and DRAW, so if I post any art it'll only be scribbles and / or doodles.
Don't mind the sad texts I post more often. That's just some vent posts.
