One of my last purchases: kaleidoscopes of Mario and Luigi Bowser Inside Story . In the green, you can see images of the tutorial to use the green shell. In the red one, you see images of:
Giant Bowser (1 battle).
Bowser vs Goomba with lollipop (I don’t know as they are called in English).
Artwork of Bowser and his first tandem attack.
In Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time, the locked entrance to Shroob Castle can be bypassed by entering the Bros. Ball state and then rolling through a seam between the door and the wall in the manner depicted. Although theoretically, this skips more than half the game, the castle contains puzzles that require the use of moves learned in the areas skipped this way, making the trick unviable in practice.

In the Vim Factory in Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time, a section in the vents can be skipped entirely by walking into the wall in the manner shown in the footage. Baby Mario and Baby Luigi will clip out of bounds and be able to walk around the entire area, clipping back into bounds near the exit.

Unused maps found in the code of Mario & Luigi: Bowser’s Inside Story that depict the environment as extremely simplistic geometric shapes. Note that all of these are dedicated graphics used for only these maps; this may provide insight into the level design process as it suggests that the game’s maps were first built with these shapes before being redrawn with the finished game’s graphics.

Unused room found in the files of Mario & Luigi: Bowser’s Inside Story. It seems to depict an alternate version of the entrance to the Tower of Yikk, which is completely redrawn and facing a different way compared to the finished version.

Before the battle against Midbus in the Fawful Theater in Mario & Luigi: Bowser’s Inside Story, a single Shroob from Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time can be found sitting in the audience, replying only with ellipses when interacted with. While later, an optional battle against Shroobs can be discovered, those Shroobs are thawed out from cold storage; this is the only Shroob found outside the storage room in the game.

In Mario & Luigi: Bowser’s Inside Story, Choombas are enemies that are only encountered as Bowser, and not as Mario and Luigi. However, hacking one into a battle against Mario and Luigi reveals that it is fully functional, not only correctly attacking the Bros., but also having unique unused sprites for this scenario.
Note the “M” and “L” shaped clouds (near the top of the screen in the left column) that the Choomba produces before charging at Mario and Luigi, respectively. It is unknown why Mario and Luigi can never encounter Choombas despite them being clearly programmed with this option in mind.

Top: Broque Madame is a character who appears in Mario & Luigi: Bowser’s Inside Story (and its remake) as well as in Mario & Luigi: Dream Team. In all of these games, she speaks with a French accent and uses French words in her speech. One word she uses frequently is “cherí” [sic].
Bottom: However, that is a misspelling of the actual French word, which is spelled “chéri” instead, with the accent on the “e”. “Cherí” with the accent on the last letter does not exist in French. This was not fixed for the remake of Mario & Luigi: Bowser’s Inside Story.

In Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time, switching from Mario and Luigi to Baby Mario and Baby Luigi on a certain frame after Mario touches spikes will make Mario invulnerable to spikes after switching back (note Mario walking across spikes as though they were regular ground). This allows Mario to cross fields of spikes and activate shortcuts, skipping some segments of the game.

Bizarre "German-preferring" glitch found in the European version of Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story, where graphics may become corrupted during the optional Bowser X battle.
Strangely, despite the glitch being able to manifest when the game is set to any language, it somehow appears to be more frequent when the language is set to German.

In Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time, if the Baby Spin move is performed on top of the giant mushroom near Hollijolli Village and the babies spend enough time spinning down to one of the other mushroom platforms, the babies will assume a glitched state in which they no longer seem to interact with most of the environment.
Note how after landing, the babies are able to walk on air and no longer activate battles when touching enemies. It is no longer possible to retrieve the babies from this state as Adult Mario and Luigi will also pass through them.
