shout out to everyone who was a lil too invested in English class and now has to live with their Classical Blorbo that no one has stanned in a century
tag this with your first Classical Blorbo from class that you had to try and be really normal about during discussions, mine was Sydney Carton from A Tale of Two Cities

pride and prejudice (jane austen, 1813)
hello, pride and prejudice fandom
Movies to watch if you love Pride and Prejudice
1.Bright Star (2009)
This one is a beautiful, quiet and poetic movie about the love affair between Poet John Keats and Fanny Brawne.
2. Becoming Jane (2007)
This is an autobiographical movie about Jane Austen and her romantic relationship with Tom Lefroy. It is not entirely based on facts, since we know so little about some aspects of Austens private life.
3. A room with a view (1985)
This movie is a lovely and incredibly acted adaption of E.M. Forster's novel. It stars a young Daniel Day-Lewis and Helena Bonham Carter.
4. Finding Neverland (2004)
This film has to be one of my all time favourites: it is about J. M. Barrie and his relationship with a family who inspires him to create Peter Pan. It is a heart-wrenching, magical tale of love, fiendships and the wonders of the world.
My new copy of Pride and Prejudice arrived yesterday! I love this version of the book, it's small and light and perfect for travel. The book also has some stunning illustrations too that I love.
Feel free to message me if you want to talk about Pride and Prejudice, Jane Austen or the Regency!
*Darcy and Elizabeth denying their feelings for the entirety of the book*
Hi everybody!
I'm a girl from Poland and I love reading books, especially fantasy. That's why I decided to start a blog, so I could share my love of books with other people.
A week ago I started reading ''Pride and Prejudice'', a novel written by Jane Austin. My friend @hopefulmilkshakeengineer recommend this to me. Honestly, I find it boring, but I'm going to finish it anyway. Also, I literally love Elizabeth. She is an icon.
See you next Wednesday!
“I declare after all there is no enjoyment like reading! How much sooner one tires of anything than of a book!''
''Pride and Prejudice'' Jane Austin
Rewatched Pride and Prejudice (2005) yesterday. I love that movie so much! It’s definitely a comfort movie for me, just makes me feel all cozy and peaceful.
Rereading Pride and Prejudice for like the 20th time. I just love the humor and the romance! The characters are amazing! I love them all so much!
Mr. Darcy really had some nerve accusing Jane Bennett of not adequately expressing her love for Bingley like he didn’t spend half the novel talking shit about Elizabeth to her damn face
