On todays Character Design Challenge with my friends, we decided to design some Goblins. Due to a Portfolio Project I'm kind of in a musical mood and so I went with the idea of Spikey, a rebelious Goblin Teenager who dreams of becoming a great Drummer one day. One thing that I always find funny about these projects is how easy it is for me to switch styles. From more cartoony and Graphical back to more realistic to a mix of both styles. While the switch sure brings up some advantage on the professional side, it is also hard building up a portfolio with all the work I do.

More Human Wick stuff! A bit more simpler here, Iam thinking of using these designs for my upcoming Lackadaisy animatic☆
And a few Rockys☆! Still trying to figure out how I want his look to be for the animatic, the hair, the fit, the proportions... For the fit I think am done!

this one’s a puppet design for a stop motion film i’m making!! she’s a representation of how people are more willing to save cute animals vs disregarding their environmental impact on things that aren’t pretty (like mosquitoes)
today on art school shenanigans: more character turnarounds!! indie (8) and anne (4) are loosely based off of intm and exan… the majors at my uni bc y’know what personifying your major for class is fun
they bicker and they go on adventures together and i love them dearly
