I Think The Car/robot/mech Fuckers On Here Would Greatly Benefit From Doing Some Bare Minimum Research
I think the car/robot/mech fuckers on here would greatly benefit from doing some bare minimum research about sex and intimacy with disabled people because I just don't think it occurs to some people that the end goal for dalliances in these situations should not really be how can I contort the vessel my lover calls home to be most palatable to a normative idea of (usually penetrative but regardless high contact) sex but how can I accommodate and enjoy the body this person I want to be with that is gratifying and safe for both parties even if what the other partner wants or is reasonably physically capable is not this ingrained ideal of a "normal" orgasm. And while these ideas apply to sex in general, I feel the approach and the creativity specifically for sex with disability is most pertinent to what thematically makes sense when you want to talk logistics that aren't just thank god, I was able to ducktape a phallus to it.

Robot characters who are given names like SL-308-62 but instead of their human friend going Well let's call you Sally for short, they instead ask the other if they Like their current name.
"Do you like your serial number?" they ask. "Yes, quite. It reminds me of who I am" the robot replies. "I have heard others like me go by different names after some time, and maybe one day I'll choose one for myself, too. But right now that is my full name, yes" they continue.
Because it's not your decision to make whether or not the robot will receive a new name. It should be theirs only. What's the difference? One is more complex and the other is simplified. They were both given by strangers instead of themselves.
"62 will do," they conclude. "It's my model number - there will be no other 62 after me."
